A 30-minute introductory session (by phone, online or in-person) to explore what you're looking for and see whether working together feels right. There's no obligation to continue afterwards.

A consistent, supportive space to work together. You don't need to know where to start — we begin with whatever feels most important to you.
Availability
In-Person
I offer a space to work together in-person from my tranquil and private practice room, based in Nottingham.
Online
Online sessions can be a more convenient or comfortable way for us to meet and work together if you're based elsewhere in the UK or prefer to work remotely.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged at the full fee.
Concessionary rates
A limited number of concessionary rates are available for those on lower incomes, students, and counsellors in training.
